report on "Useful work of unsteady aerodynamic and hydrodynamic forces and moments that occur when objects in the flutter oscillations of the fluid flow," Director of Small Private Enterprises "KIMO-BUSINESS" Goncharenko Sergei Petrovich

   A brief description of the problem, which is devoted to the report.

   Report SP Goncharenko is devoted to the management and maintenance of the appearance of oscillations such as flutter in the interaction with the working elements of the fluid flow, as well as converting the kinetic energy of the fluid flow into electrical energy through the use of the useful work of unsteady aerodynamic and hydrodynamic forces and moments (unsteady aerodynamic influences - UAI) arising from the self-excited oscillations of objects in the flow of the fluid.

   The most important aspects of which are disclosed in the report author.

   The report is an actual scientific work. The author began his presentation gives a comparative analysis of two phenomena: the economical movement of the dolphin in the nature and type of flutter phenomenon of self-oscillations in the art. Focusing on the similarity of the vibrational motions of the body and a single dolphin sufficiently flexible cylinder in a longitudinal flow of a fluid, the author proceeds to the theoretical basis of the conditions of flexural-torsional flutter and practical realization of this phenomenon in order to create a technical device to reproduce the kinematics of motion of a dolphin. Based on the analysis of theoretical studies of aeroelastic vibrations of the author of the report proposed a theory of a possible summation UAI resulting from the implementation of certain conditions of interaction of oscillating working elements of the device with the flow of fluid from the normal component of the driving force of the stream.
   To confirm this theory, the author of the report was designed and constructed laboratory apparatus, as well as the methodology of research on the aerodynamic stand. The research results of the laboratory setup, obtained on an aerodynamic stand, not only confirmed the theoretical assumptions of the author about the possibility of converting the kinetic energy of air flow into electrical energy by the sum of the driving force of the flow and NAV, but also led to the continued testing of the laboratory setup in the aquatic environment.
The method of mooring trials of the laboratory setup was used by the author of the report of the same standard method of mooring trials of the ordinary courts. The test results of the laboratory setup, obtained in aqueous media, confirmed the test results obtained in air.
   The report focuses on the use of significant effects obtained in practice. Based on experience gained from laboratory studies, the author of the report was designed and built an experimental industrial plant, which enabled a comprehensive study on the subject of useful work in NAV arising from the interaction of work items set in the mode of oscillation to the flow of fluid at the actual rates of air and water flows.
   The author shows in detail the mechanism of management of these UAI, resulting in the phenomenon of self-excited oscillations of the "flutter" that occurs in uniform and in nonuniform flows is a prerequisite for more energy associated with the transformation of the kinetic energy of the fluid flow into useful work.
   The results of research carried out in water and air in different areas of technology, let the author of the report to conclude that these laws exist objectively in any fluid and can be used in the technique for converting the kinetic energy of the stream into useful work.
   The most realistic use of this phenomenon in the technique as:
   - The interaction of wind turbine installation work items with a stream of air;
   - Hydro workers in the interaction of elements of the unit with water streams, as rivers, streams, canals, tidal, offshore and ocean currents, waterfalls, surf;
   - An engine for marine and river vessels.
   Report made at a sufficient academic level, contains a number of conclusions of practical interest.

Conclusions:

   The basic gist of the report is shown that useful work is unsteady aerodynamic and hydrodynamic forces and moments occurring in the flow of flowing medium at flutter vibrations of objects. The proposed solution contributes to the development of the study aero-and hydrodynamic processes that occur during self-oscillations of objects in the flow of the current environment.

   Form information on these studies, taking into account the possibility of using them for more energy in the art and study of natural phenomena may be open
