1) confirmed the efficiency of the investigated device (work items on their geometrical parameters are the same as in previous studies in an air stream) in an aqueous medium; 2) confirmed the hypothesis of increasing the capacity of the test device with the number of work items; 3) confirmed the hypothesis of the variation of power from the variation changes the surface area of the working elements. 4) The tests also confirmed the possibility of increasing capacity of the appliance by adding additional modules in length, width or height of the device in water and in air.
Given that the speed of modern vessels is limited to using existing propulsion, the use of this device in the mode of propulsion would provide a significant increase in the rate of sea and river vessels, or significantly reduce fuel consumption at the same speed.
